I walked into an old apartment I used to live in and found that I had a dog inside on the brink of death but still alive and it had been there for 3 years abandoned with no water or food. But yet it still survived. When I going it was really weak. Shaking. But it still had a thirst for life. It looked for me and acted life no time had passed since he last saw me. Its fur was all dingy and he looked malnourished but he still wanted to be held. I went to the cupboard to try and find food. But everything was rotten. Although on the outside it didn’t look that way. I looked at the cupboard because I couldn’t believe it was still standing and the top part fell off and roaches and spiders came falling out in large quantities. I got scared and ran out. Taking the dog with me. As I petted the dog in noticed sores and pus under his wounds. I would press them and he didn’t seem to feel any pain from it. It worried and intrigued me all at the same time. I was attached to this dog. Overjoyed that I had found it. But said that it was in such a state. And the more I fed it. It only got better very slowly. It created an anxiety in me. Because I thought it would eventually die. If it kept up like that
This dream could be interpreted in a few different ways, as dreams are very personal and can tap into your subconscious feelings and experiences. However, here are a few potential interpretations:
Sense of neglect: The abandoned dog in your dream may symbolize feelings of neglect or abandonment. It could represent a part of yourself or an aspect of your life that you feel you have neglected or ignored for a long time. The fact that the dog is still alive despite the neglect may suggest that there is still hope for reviving or nurturing that neglected part.
Emotional healing: The act of finding the malnourished dog and wanting to care for it could symbolize a desire for emotional healing and nurturing in your own life. This could be related to past experiences or relationships that have been left unaddressed or unresolved.
Hidden problems: The discovery of roaches and spiders in the cupboard may represent hidden or unresolved issues that have been festering beneath the surface. It could symbolize feelings of fear, disgust, or anxiety about confronting these problems.
Anxiety about the future: The anxiety you feel about the dog potentially dying despite your efforts to care for it may reflect a fear of failure or loss in your waking life. It could be a sign that you are feeling overwhelmed by a situation that seems beyond your control, and you are worried about the outcome.
Overall, this dream may be urging you to pay attention to neglected aspects of yourself or your life, confront hidden issues, and work on overcoming fears and anxieties to promote healing and growth.
